We almost didn’t make it to our final country of the year. India had been high on our bucket list for such a long time, but after getting sick in the Philippines we weren’t sure if our stomachs were fully recovered to take on India. So we went to India anyways and it was the best way I could’ve imagined finishing out the year.
To keep things simple, we stuck to the Golden Triangle area of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur for the 8 days we had left of our world trip. We definitely plan to come back to India as soon as we can to explore more of the country. I cannot say enough good things about India!
